Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations in Latin American countries.
Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of International Contracts.
Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates for Latin American countries.
Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns for Latin American countries.
Communication with Regulatory Authorities with for Latin American countries.
Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels.
Support in promoting the Compliance Program for Latin American countries.
Collaboration with the HQ Legal Team.
Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department.
Providing other legal consultancy service for business departments in Latin America.

Requisitos

Law bachelor degree.
Working experience 3+ years. The legal working experiences in supporting 2C (to-consumer)/ B2B(to business), technological and Internet company or the law firm focusing on TMT (Telecommunication, Cloud, Media and Technology) areas is preferable.
Profession areas: consumer protection law, data protection law, civil and commercial law, etc.
Business skill: excellent at legal writing, commercial negotiation and legal research.
Language: Fluent English both oral and written.
Others:
Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-regional environment;
Desire to work on a broad range of legal matters;
Open-minded, hands-on and flexible mindset
Excellent at team communication and cooperation
