
Bilingual Accountant

- Process sales and purchase invoices
- Handling inventory accounting
- Ensure accurate recognition of inventory costs in line with supplier contracts, market conditions, and performance metrics
- Monitoring Operational Costs of Barges (OPEX)
- Co-lead the monthly and annual closing
- Maintain balance sheet accounts
- Monthly reconciliation and maintenance of accounts for further review and reporting
- Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures
- A relevant financial education
- 3-5 years of experience as Accountant or other position within finance
- Experience with inventory and operations accounting
- General IT proficiency, good Excel skills
- Fluent in written/verbal English and Spanish.
- CPA certification is a plus
- Highly motivated and eager to learn.
- Driven and proactive.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
