- Minimum academic training: Completed university, or training equivalent to a university baccalaureate or higher in a related field.
- Primary area of professional training: Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, or related field.
- Secondary vocational training area: digital advertising, social media
- Languages: Spanish & English B1/B2
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role within an IT organization
- Creative development process, print, digital, social marketing communications platforms, and digital marketing technologies / advertising technology industry
- Advanced verbal / written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of graphic content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch and Discord
- Facebook Business Manager
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads experience
- Email marketing platforms
- MS Office and G Suite
- Execute aspects of marketing campaign(s); understanding of the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and budget parameters; collaborate with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Merchandising) to understand / interpret marketing and promotional needs essential to completing campaign details
- Support campaign development / management for advertising projects (e.g., in-Store signage assets, online, print, out-of-home, targeted marketing, promotional materials, grass root executions)
- Collaborate with creative, digital, targeted marketing, production, and traffic teams to establish updated production schedules
- Reviews marketing creative development to ensure accuracy, layout, design, copy, printing, etc.
- Assists in gathering production and third-party estimates, and oversight of outside vendor work
- Assists in preparation and coordination of marketing plans, presentations, and meetings
- Builds / maintains relationships with internal team and stakeholders
- Maintains multiple projects as assigned, each with their own requirements and deadlines
- Effectively collaborates across teams and departments as needed to accomplish tasks
- Acquires a broad understanding of the market, our brand, our products, and the competition to effectively participate in and add value to projects
- Assists with product development, which may include concept generation, product and packaging design, product testing and launch preparation
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms; implement tests.
- Customer service- responding to client inquiries and emails.
- Assists in creating and scheduling weekly email newsletters
