Lead and drive market retail operations standards in line with Global Retail CoE guidelines.
Strengthen trading excellence, service culture, and operational efficiency across countries.
Coach and develop Store Operations and District Managers to build strong multi‑store leadership.
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent brand and store execution.
Use retail KPIs and market insights to identify opportunities and improve profitability.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Strong background in retail operations with a clear execution mindset.
Proven leadership experience influencing and developing managers across markets.
Solid analytical skills with hands‑on experience using retail KPIs.
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a regional or global environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in retail or retail operations.
Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
