A visual style guide outlining the color palette, shapes, and overall graphic style.Requirements:Qualifications and Experience Required
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Social Sciences, Political Science, International Studies, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital illustration, preferably within social, educational, or development-focused projects.
Proven proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other vector illustration tools.
Demonstrated sensitivity in representing human stories with respect and creativity.
Ability to work collaboratively and respond constructively to feedback.Knowledge and Skills:Strong conceptual thinker with a broad range of design capabilities, including branding, typography, print, and web design.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
Proficiency in Sketch and Figma for digital and graphic source files.
Experience in creating layouts, manuals, brochures, reports, and other visual materials.
Familiarity with animation and graphics for video content.
Ability to work effectively in multicultural and diverse teams.
Awareness of current and emerging design trends, with a creative flair and strong visual sense.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of making creative decisions, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities.
Knowledge of social behavior change communication tools and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Languages:Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
Fluency in French is considered an asset.Work Hours: 16 - 20 hours per week
