Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Manage the checkin and checkout process for patients.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinics calendar.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
Maintain patient records and ensure all information is uptodate and accurate.
Assist patients with paperwork and insurance forms.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and appointment management.
Handle billing and payment processing as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.RequirementsPrevious experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a medical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using office equipment and software e.g., MS Office, electronic medical records.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
