We're seeking a talented Creative Editor to produce high-converting video and static content for our paid advertising campaigns and organic social media channels.## Key Responsibilities

Create and edit video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms

Design static ad creatives and carousel posts optimized for performance

Edit raw footage into engaging UGC-style content and testimonials

Collaborate with marketing team on creative strategy and concept development

Maintain brand consistency across all visual content

A/B test creative variations to optimize performance metrics

Requirements

2+ years experience in video editing and graphic design

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)

Experience with paid social creative best practices

Strong understanding of platform-specific content requirements

Portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused creative work

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines## Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DTC/e-commerce brands

Knowledge of Figma for design collaboration

Understanding of performance marketing metrics
