Seminar Planning In-Person & Virtual Data analytics of staffing and historical seminars for mapping and planning. Strategically map seminar locations and attendees based on geography to optimize schedule and cost. Plan, Coordinate, and Execute seminar events using the Seminar Registration system. Design brand-specific seminar invitations and attendee lists. Maintain seminar schedules and ensure timely brand approvals. -communicating blackout dates, working with BL+ to obtain seminar dates, and coordinating with Meeting Planners to secure and input meeting location details. Ensure timely brand approvals. Submits retailer requests and tracks their progress. Prepare a preliminary seminar list and collaborate with the Field team for updates. Ensure invitations and follow-up reminders are sent by deadlines. Handle travel requests, approvals, and accommodation. Manage the seminar summary for virtual training (Producer sends facilitator attendance list, video recording, chat room questions).
