Are you interested in leading an organization with real impact on the development of the fintech ecosystem in Panama?The is looking for its next Executive Director — a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills to drive a key stage of consolidation and growth.This role goes far beyond institutional management: we’re looking for someone who can lead with vision, act with initiative, and actively support the evolution of the ecosystem. Someone capable of building bridges with companies, government, academia, and other key players — with a collaborative and dynamic approach.Key responsibilities:

Oversee the Chamber’s day-to-day operations and general coordination
Manage active memberships and administrative processes
Lead the search for strategic sponsors to support the Chamber’s growth
Represent the Chamber at key ecosystem events, media engagements, and working groups
Promote programs related to financial inclusion and public-private collaboration
Engage in strategic discussions around regulation and innovation
Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen the Chamber’s presence and impact
