In the Graduate Program LLA, you'll immerse yourself in a variety of business projects and have plenty of opportunities to interact with top management for two years. The program consists of two stages. First Year: Local Strategic Projects (Content and approach depends on the Function: Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, T&I) Second Year: Regional Projects This will be fast-paced and demanding, but we will also provide the right support and guidance during the journey. Graduates in the Technology & Innovation track can have assignments in the different verticals of the function: Product, IT, Supply chain, Demand Management, depending on the interests of the candidate. Part of their responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Process documentation and optimization Readiness Scorecard Creation of Dashboard and insights Lead the construction and analysis of KPI automation results to provide critical information for operations Data Analysis, provide coherent, integrated and reliable information for decision making What do we offer? Mentoring: We will assign a mentor at the beginning of the program to guide you while you navigate the LLA culture and matrix and support you with technical, business, and leadership knowledge. Leadership Exposure: We want to share your contribution to our leaders. As part of the program, you will have exposure to a Leadership Committee to share the outcomes and lessons of each project. Career Development Workshops and E-Learning Support with a curated learning path for the program to unleash your personal strengths. No matter what your background is, success at LLA is centered on collaboration and talent.RequisitosWhat you'll require is: You recently received your bachelor’s degree. Your degree will most likely be in IT or systems engineering, but we will also look at other disciplines. You have completed a maximum of two years in a professional setting, such as an internship, apprenticeship, or work experience, or you have recently started your job and are looking for a way to advance your career and be challenged. You speak English and Spanish fluently. You're a team player who enjoys challenges and has excellent communication skills.
