Participate in project calls with customers and act as a subjectmatter expert on software solutions.
Interact with customers regularly with limited supervision, solves most customer issues without additional assistance, and provides consultancy, training, and support.
Assist with the design of new solutions of medium complexity.
Install and configure company software ClinicalHospital Information Systems, integration engines, etc.
Create user documentation, instructions, and procedures.
Participate in the technical support queue to resolve customer issues and answer their questions.
Interact in multidisciplinary and multicultural working team, being able to learn from others give and receive feedback.
Good experience in problemsolving of issues on the application layer criticallogical thinking.II TECHNICAL SKILLSA MUSTPLSQL Knowledge and working experience tables, DB links, primaryforeign keys, etc..
Expert on MS office tools excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook, Teams.Desirable knowledge ofDB Oracle, SqlServer, etc.
Application Servers Jboss, Weblogic
Pentaho, PowerBI or another BIAnalytics tool.
Java, J2EE, Hibernate, XML, JSP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, JSON, Ajax, Webservices, SOAP.Other technical qualifications
Informatics EngineeringDegree in Computer Science.
2 years as a software engineer required.
Required spoken English B1B2 Level.
Experience in Healthcare is a major plus.Other softskills qualifications desirableAble to provide a clear and concise explanation of business strategy, technical concepts, designs, or implementation to a nontechnical audience.
Good level of communication technical, interaction with other team members and customersprovidersvendors, etc.
Interested in establishing and taking care of interpersonal relationships.
