- Manage reception, telephone switchboard, and administrative document processing
- Coordinate courier services and correspondence management
- Prepare and supervise building maintenance plans and facility status
- Monitor support services including cleaning, catering, and transportation
- Administer meeting rooms and organize company meetings, training sessions, and visits
- Manage petty cash and coordinate administrative purchases
- Support the General Manager with administrative tasks
- Assist HR with onboarding processes and internal activities
- Support Finance with invoice and payment processing
- Generate and track purchase requisitions and orders in SAP
- Manage company vehicles and their maintenance
- Handle company credit card administration for employees in Panama City
- Provide basic local IT support and coordinate related services
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
- 2-3 years' experience in similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Proactive approach to tasks and challenges
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- SAP knowledge (MM Module - Purchasing) preferred
- English language proficiency
