- Provide routine support in day-to-day project management tasks.
- Organize regular project team meetings and take clear and concise meeting minutes.
- Support the Project Director in personnel management and team culture development.
- Coordinate daily administrative operations of the project team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong secretarial skills, including report writing and internal communication.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with local Latin American culture and work environments.
- Strong team spirit and adaptability to dynamic project demands.
- Fluent in Chinese, Spanish, and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Previous experience in project delivery or project support is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Latin America (e.g., Peru, Colombia) based on project requirements.
