Your work will directly impact our ability to expand our client base and strengthen our presence across Latin America.Key Responsibilities:Engage directly with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored service solutionsPrepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and follow-ups to successfully close dealsCollaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goalsCoordinate with internal legal and accounting teams to ensure seamless client onboardingMaintain accurate records of pipeline, client interactions, and sales performanceContribute to a collaborative and growth-focused sales cultureMust-Have Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)Ability to confidently manage client conversations and draft professional emailsResults-driven mindset with a strong motivation for meeting targets and earning commissionsOrganized, proactive, and eager to learn about legal, accounting, and consulting servicesDemonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in professional services (legal, accounting, consulting, or related fields)Familiarity with B2B sales across Latin American markets
