- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Availability for on-call support outside regular hours is required
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues or escalate as necessary
- Configure, maintain, and support macOS-based devices
- Install and update company software and hardware
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and tools
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to teams in multiple countries in America
- Participate in IT-related internal projects and improvement initiatives
- On-call support
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently in the final year in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English (C1 level) is required
- 1 to 3 years in IT support or similar roles
- Direct experience working in macOS and IOS environments
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
- Knowledge of macOS operating systems
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with office tools and basic scripting
- Familiarity with Fortinet systems
- Use of Jira for ticket tracking
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Basic support experience with ERP systems
- Effective communication and customer service orientation
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- High reliability and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
