- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Minimum 2 years working in a network/server infrastructure and/or network security role.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Answer technical support calls, providing and escalating to other support groups
- Provide support based on email-generated requests or reports
- Document troubleshooting steps and a detailed description of the customer incidents and requests
- Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures
- Monitors the ticketing queue and responds to service requests or incidents.
- Troubleshot problems by analyzing root causes and evaluating multiple options for server and Desktop Virtualization Technologies, including Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, and Failover Clustering
- Act as a liaison between vendors, customer technical support, and departments to resolve complex system and/or network problems. Coordinate and implement corrective measures.
