- Own the operational and financial performance of assigned client accounts (revenue, margin, KPIs).
- Translate company strategy into effective service delivery and operational plans.
- Act as the main operational point of contact for clients, ensuring service quality and satisfaction.
- Identify and manage risks, improvements, upselling and service evolution opportunities.
- Ensure SLA compliance, profitability, cost control and delivery efficiency.
- Plan and manage capacity and talent allocation, ensuring continuity and optimal performance.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
