- Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within the luxury hotel segment.
- A deep understanding of 5-star service standards and discerning guest expectations.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable results.
- Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to attract, build, and retain high-performing teams.
- Desirable experience in Latin America
- Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the Accor Luxury portfolio.
