- Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and social media platforms.
- Contact leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our products/services and qualify their interest and needs.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads consistently to nurture relationships, answer queries, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for lead generation.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Must speak Spanish, Portuguese and English at a professional level
