- Provide accurate product and service information in a friendly and professional manner
- Resolve billing, technical, or account-related concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions in internal systems according to standard operating procedures
- Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance goals including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and working in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- Basic technical skills (CRM systems, email, chat tools, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
