You’ll handle account coordination, drive sales growth, and serve as the key link between clients and internal teams—focused on centrifugal pumps and spare parts.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Prepare quotations and proposals for industrial equipment
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client orders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reports
- Provide first-level technical support or escalate to engineering
- 2+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or B2B customer service
- Experience in industrial, mining, or mechanical equipment environments
- Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working on-site, Monday to Friday
- Legally authorized to work in Panama
- Knowledge of centrifugal pumps and spare parts
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Background in engineering or technical product support
- Monthly salary: USD 1,200–1,500
