Activities & Responsibilities Operational Activities Organize and monitor the marketing budget. Manage ticket issuance and event organization. Quote promotional material and create purchase orders. Assist at conferences and coordinate the shipment of promotional materials. Support product launches and make international material purchases. Develop cycle guides for REPs and manage suppliers. Manage the SAP purchase order system. Research and Analysis Conduct market studies and assess the competition. Analyze campaign data using Veeva. Develop predictive models and market segmentation. Strategy and Presentation Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies. Prepare reports and presentations. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.RequisitosRequeriements Education: University studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is a plus. Proficiency in both English and Spanish. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, CRM, Veeva, PPT, AI). Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI). Operational Skills: Budget, event, and purchase order management and organization. Experience in quoting promotional material and managing suppliers.
