Process employee records in our internal databases.
Create new accounts and manage access permissions
Human resources System audits
Providing assistance with HR strategy procedures.
Assisting in reporting to executives and C-levels.
Taking ownership of assigned projects.
Conducting internal analysis and reporting for the department.

As an HRIS Rockstar, you will learn about: * HR metrics: staff, turnover, diversity, inclusion

Analysis: HRIS, BambooHr, audits, reports

It only takes to be:

Currently enrolled in the university
Able to provide a university agreement for the internship period
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Attention to detail, reporting, and analytical skills
Digital Savy
English and Spanish verbal and written proficiency.
Ready to learn and have fun but more importantly to immerse into a brand-new definition of Hospitality.
