Descripción del puesto
  • Responsible for human resources search, preliminary interviews and organizing interviews, onboarding process, etc.
  • Responsible for team building, employee care, and timely identification and resolution of team issues
  • Communicate with local teams/clients, provide customer care, identify issues and drive engineers to resolve them
  • Check for customer communication issues, cyber security issues, etc., when engineers support customer issues, and encourage employees to correct them.
Requisitos
  • Fluent in English/Spanish and articulate,Portuguese-speaking preferred;
  • Patience, politeness, initiative and good communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, good psychological quality and able to withstand pressure;
  • Experience in customer service is preferred. Experience in HR/QA is preferred.
