Job Title: Senior LawyerLocation: Panama City, PanamaType of Contract: Full-TimeSalary Range: $2,000–$3,000 USD/monthLanguage Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written)We are seeking a skilled Senior Lawyer with expertise in Contract, Labor, Commercial, and Banking Law to join our growing team in Panama City . You will play a key role in advising clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with Panamanian and international legal standards . Your work will directly impact the legal clarity, protection, and success of our business operations and client relationships.Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements
Provide legal counsel on labor law matters including employment contracts and compliance
Advise clients on banking regulations and commercial legal frameworks
Ensure all legal documents comply with Panamanian law and relevant international standards
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams on legal matters
Stay current on legal developments relevant to corporate and international law
Utilize Microsoft Word to produce and edit high-quality legal documents

Must-Have Qualifications:

Qualified to practice law in Panama
5+ years of experience in Contract, Labor, Commercial, and Banking Law
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts
Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal document formatting
Demonstrated ability to work with international clients or in cross-border legal contexts
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working in an international law firm or multinational environment
Knowledge of additional legal systems or multilingual abilities
