Detalle del aviso:We are looking for a Medical Scheduling Specialist to join our team. If you are a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service in a call center environment, this opportunity is for you!Duties and essential responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage medical appointments efficiently.
  • Handle patient phone calls and emails.
  • Update and maintain up-to-date appointment records.
  • Multitasks while maintaining great customer service.
  • Communicates with patients and physician staff
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Medical and Insurance Vocabulary/ Technical terms.
