This is a revenue-focused, client-facing role where the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations, engaging prospective clients, and converting opportunities into sales. You will act as the primary product ambassador, showcasing how our AI solution transforms business operations by improving call handling, bookings, and customer interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation:- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations to prospective clients.- Clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of Office 321.- Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward closing.- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.Client Engagement:- Schedule and manage demo appointments via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet- Lead structured, professional, and engaging demo sessions- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients- Conduct consistent follow-ups to drive conversionProduct Demonstration:- Deliver clear, engaging, and tailored demonstrations of Office 321- Customize demos based on client industries- Translate technical features into practical business benefitsPipeline Management:- Track leads, demo activity, and outcomes in CRM systems- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records- Provide feedback on client needs and trends.Minimum RequirementsExperience:- Minimum 2+ years in sales, pre-sales, or product demonstrations- Experience selling software, SaaS, or tech solutions (advantageous)- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsSkills & Competencies:- Strong communication and presentation skills- Confidence in virtual client engagement- Ability to sell value over features- Strong objection handling and closing ability- Highly organized and self-motivated- Fluent in English with professional business communicationTechnical Proficiency:- Comfortable using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet- Familiarity with CRM systems- Ability to quickly learn AI-based solutionsKey Behavioural Traits- Highly motivated and results-driven- Professional and polished communicator- Confident, energetic, and persuasive- Strong business acumen- Ability to think quickly during live demosLa empresa:Dash BPO is a leading international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider with vibrant centers located in Panama, catering to a diverse client base across various verticals.
