Desarrollar y ejecutar las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de las máquinas y equipos de Planta y Cedis Panamá para coadyuvar a la correcta operación de dichos equipos y asegurar la disponibilidad y continuidad de la operación.RESPONSABILIDADES
Ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento electromecánico generadas por el Plan de Mantenimiento a equipos, asegurando la correcta realización de la tarea y el reemplazo de los componentes, así como la inspección preventiva de detección de anomalías en los equipos.
Controlar los temas relacionados con el mantenimiento y supervisión electrónica de los equipos críticos de Planta.
Atender las fallas de los equipos realizando las actividades necesarias para asegurar la corrección desde la causa raíz, y atender el seguimiento de acciones junto con su supervisor.
Cumplir con las funciones y responsabilidades en los diversos procesos de planta, como actividades de 5's, Mantenimiento Autónomo, actividades de los programas de Excelencia Operativa, 5S, Ideas de mejora, Piensa 4, etc.
Realizar todas las transacciones necesarias en el sistema Oracle de acuerdo con sus responsabilidades.
Utilizar sus elementos de protección personal y respetar las instrucciones y comportamientos de EHS.
REQUISITOS
Formación Académica: Técnico, preferiblemente en Electricidad o mecánica.
Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en área eléctrica, mecánica o electromecánica., Experiencia en PLC y automatización. Manejo de instrumentos de medición en electricidad, interpretación de diagramas electromecánicos, sistemas de transmisión mecánica, operación de compresores, sopladores, generadores eléctricos, válvulas, conocimiento de reglas de seguridad en trabajos eléctricos, subestaciones eléctricas, conocimiento equipos de dosificación,
Conocimiento técnico: Conocimiento de equipos de fabricación, conocimiento de Neumática e hidráulica, motores de CA/CD, circuitos eléctricos, electricidad industrial, programación y diagnóstico de PLC y variadores.
Sistemas: Excel, Oracle.
