- Develop Sales strategies & tactics for each customer/distribution channel
- Manage branding for all company brands
- Implement & manage customer pricing strategies; Prepare MAPs and competitive analysis
- Manage Customer Sales mix; Increase market share & Measure Customer sell out results
- Develop & manage all Customer/Consumer Marketing & Promotional Campaigns
- Optimize sales performance and ensure on-going increases in profitable sales growth
- Provide product forecasts for purchases from factories/suppliers
- Increase store share of space as a driver to generate more sales & increase market share.
- Understand the market, the competition and capture market data to drive new sales leads
- Manage customer's inventory to ensure product sell-out and product reorders
- Coordinate customer product training for store sales & TM personnel
- Implement product mix & price list plan for each customer
- Account & customer management
- Coordinate on going product maps analysis for each channel/customer
- Manage all new product introductions
- BA with a Major in Marketing; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience managing all sales channels
- Excellent oral & written skills
- Customer driven & highly focused results; able to develop robust inter personal relationships with high level key account owners/managers/customers
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills
- Availability to travel to headquarters (Miami, Florida) as required
- Preferred previous experience in the appliance industry
- Understand relationship between wholesale and retail business; market dynamics & product requirements
- Ability to speak, read and write Spanish a plus
- Understand Panama product, distribution, import and BSJ requirements
