- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok, aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Own overall account performance, ensuring campaigns are structured for scalable, sustainable growth.
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients.
- Ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability across all deliverables and timelines.
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships through transparency and proactive guidance.
- Oversee paid media campaign setup, optimization, and budget allocation in line with platform best practices.
- Ensure media buys are executed efficiently and consistently monitored for performance.
- Analyze funnel performance, customer acquisition costs, and blended ROAS.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, scaling, and experimentation based on performance data.
- Deliver weekly performance updates highlighting results, learnings, and next steps.
- Produce bi-monthly strategic reports with deeper insights, trends, and growth recommendations.
- Lead biweekly client calls to present findings, align priorities, and reinforce strategic direction.
- Partner closely with media buyers, creative strategists, and analysts to ensure campaigns are aligned and data-driven.
- Translate performance insights into actionable briefs for creative and media teams.
- Identify and prioritize A/B testing opportunities across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Provide direct, high-standard feedback to ensure creative and media execution meets strategic and platform standards.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
- Leverage proprietary ecommerce and attribution software to track paid media performance and overall business health.
- Develop mastery of internal tools to inform smarter strategy and decision-making.
- Performance campaigns that consistently meet or exceed growth targets.
- Clients who feel supported, informed, and confident in the strategy.
- Proactive problem-solving driven by data, not reactive firefighting.
- Clear strategic alignment across paid media, creative, and funnel optimization.
- 3+ years of paid media experience (agency or in-house), with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google.
- Proven experience managing $500K+ monthly budgets across one or more paid media platforms.
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategy or account leadership role.
- Strong ability to translate complex marketing data into clear strategic actions.
- Deep understanding of the DTC ecommerce landscape and customer acquisition best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- A testing-first mindset with a passion for continuous learning and optimization.
