As we expand our reach across South America, we're looking for a driven sales professional to forge new partnerships and grow our presence in key markets.Position Summary:The Sales Manager for Furniture Packages in South America will be responsible for driving the adoption of Casa Suarez's furniture solutions across various accommodation sectors. This role will primarily focus on identifying, contacting, and closing deals with new building developments, property management companies, hotels, short-term rental operators, and short-term rental management companies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality and real estate markets in South America.Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Outreach:
- Identify and target new building projects, property management companies, hotels, and short-term rental operators across designated South American markets.
- Initiate contact with key decision-makers and stakeholders within these organizations to present Casa Suarez's furniture packages and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for furniture package sales.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, including property owners already working with Corporate Stays and other STR operators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored furniture solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business or upsells.
- Sales Process & Strategy:
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations of Casa Suarez's furniture packages.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements and company pricing strategies.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and progress against targets using a CRM system.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the product development and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the hospitality, real estate, and short-term rental sectors across South America.
- Identify emerging areas and potential growth opportunities for Casa Suarez furniture packages.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including design, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrable experience selling to B2B clients in the hospitality, real estate, or property management sectors (e.g., hotels, developers, property managers, short-term rental companies).
- Experience with furniture sales or interior design solutions is a strong asset.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish lasting professional relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and pipeline management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required. Portuguese proficiency is a significant advantage.
