- First Year: Strategic Local Projects
- Second Year: Strategic Regional Project
- Optimize BOT navigation flows.
- Identify opportunities in our digital channel to improve the customer experience (i. g. to reduce texts, hence navigation time)
- Identify need of visual content
- Align with digital market leaders on the process to build visual content for BOTs
- Implement at least 2 new digital contents to enhance customer experience, aligned with App visualization
- Map current capabilities for self-service and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze data from customers to build digital marketing campaigns
- Mentoring: A mentor will be assigned at the beginning of the program to guide you while you navigate the LLA culture and matrix and support you with technical, business and leadership knowledge.
- Leadership Exposure: We want to share your contribution to our leaders, as part of the program, the outcomes and learnings of each project will be shared in a Leadership Committee.
- Career Development Workshops and E-Learning Support with a curated learning path for the program to unleash your personal strengths.
- You’ve recently graduated, with a Bachelor´s degree. Your degree is likely to be related with the track you are applying to: Digital/Customer Experience Track but we’ll other subjects’ studies if you can prove you have a mind for our business.
- You’ve spent up to three years, in a professional environment, like an internship, apprenticeship or work experience, or have just started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progress.
- You’re fluent in English. If applying to Panamá, Puerto Rico, or Costa Rica you must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- You’re mature and assertive, curious, and committed. You’re a flexible team player with good communication and social skills.
