Infotree Global Solutions is looking for Technical Support Electronic Television Brown GoodsProvide support to the customer service operation for Television Brown Goods by assisting service centers with technical requirements, conducting training on product repair, specifications, features, and troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out the initial testing following the checklist provided by HQ for product launch in Panama Region. Execute locally and follow up on other countries
Share and support with technical information that may be needed to resolve queries remote troubleshooting received through the different channels Service Providers, Call Center, etc.
3Development and execution of technical training to Service Providers and Call Center agents Keep troubleshooting tool at Call Center updated.
Onsite technical Audit to Service Providers to check knowledge, tools and procedures.
Report on regular basis Technical Support Results.
Other activities related to Customer Service as needed.Requirements
Student in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields
2 years of experience in Television andor brown goods
Intermediate advanced English
Experience in preparing technical reports
Availability to travel within Panama City and surrounding provinces for workshop visits
Valid drivers license Required
Valid visa or a visa application in process, and passport Required
Indefinite Contract Monday to Friday
100 Onsite
