- Reconcile inbound partner opportunities against Salesforce pipeline and ensure accurate registration in the partner portal
- Monitor and update Salesforce fields, validate sales plays, and maintain data hygiene
- Track and coordinate partner funding requests, WBS allocations, and financial reporting
- Manage budget tracking, timecard approvals, and flow of funds
- Use project management tools (e.g., Trello) to track and communicate key activities
- Prepare for and participate in pipeline review meetings and leadership updates
- Respond to ad hoc requests and leadership inquiries with speed and accuracy
- Contribute to professional development and team enablement initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the GCP alliance
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to align partner offerings with client needs
- Support the development of joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- Track and report on alliance-driven revenue and pipeline growth
- Build relationships with partner stakeholders to stay informed on new programs and incentives
- Coordinate with marketing and field teams to amplify alliance visibility and impact
- Leverage insights from operational data to inform strategic decisions and partner engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in a large, global, matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of hyperscaler services, solutions, and sales plays
- Experience working with Google Cloud and/or other strategic partners
- Background in sales, delivery, operations, or business development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage funding workflows, reporting processes, and cross-functional coordination
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
