We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Back Office Agent to support our operational and administrative functions. This role is critical to ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate data management, and timely support to frontline teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment, has strong organizational skills, and maintains a high level of confidentiality.Key Responsibilities
Process and verify customer data, transactions, and documentation
Maintain and update internal databases and records
Coordinate with front office teams to resolve discrepancies or issues
Generate reports and summaries for management review
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence
Support internal audits and quality control procedures
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismQualifications
High school diploma
Proven experience in administrative or back office roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
