You will be instrumental in developing strategies, building high-impact partnerships, and driving revenue in a rapidly evolving LATAM FX landscape. If you have excellent knowledge of the foreign exchange industry, fluency in Spanish and English, and a robust financial sector network, we want to meet you.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies customized for the local market, aligned with overarching regional objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities and tailor the company’s value proposition to suit partners and affiliates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Compliance, and Marketing to design and launch localized promotional campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and lead a business development team by setting clear goals and continuously monitoring their performance.
- Manage team performance through CRM tools, dashboards, and regular coaching sessions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Implement strategies for partner acquisition, activation, retention, and support, including referral programs, onboarding, and educational initiatives.
- Take responsibility for core performance indicators, including revenue growth, client acquisition, partner activation, and retention.
- Ensure CRM data is accurately maintained and organized, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Provide frequent updates on results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English (B2) is also required.
- Between 6 and 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in digital finance, technology, or other rapidly growing industries.
- Proven success working with partners, affiliates, or commercial networks in regional or emerging markets.
- Strong leadership background managing small to medium-sized commercial teams.
- Analytical, results-oriented approach with expertise in performance measurement and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
