Prepare annual operating plan and monthly forecast, Monitor performance against the forecast and estimate with monthly close reports and reviews. Support business leaders in day-to-day decision making by providing financial data in a management-friendly format. Provide financial reporting and analysis of the entire P&L, and drive process improvement. Develop new tools and dashboards along with our Harmonization and BI&A Teams to further assist our stakeholders with digital efforts. Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 Years of experience. Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
