Detalle del aviso:Salary$900/monthRetention bonuses paid out at 6 months and 1 yearMonday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Central US time, adjusts with US time change)Full Time- Permanent ContractAbout UsPanama Outsource Solutions is searching for a new member of our team to join a bilingual customer service project at our fast-growing back-office outsourcing center.We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speaker who is detail oriented and a fast learner with strong customer service skills. The job will involve both customer service and data entry and research aspects. Phone and email work will be expected. Should be comfortable with entering data into computer software as well as conducting online research searches. Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish is a must.The first 90 days will be full time in person in our Obarrio office. Client is open to a flex work from home arrangement, where the team member works certain days from the office and certain days from home, after 90 days of service and strong performance and attendance. Must have excellent punctuality and attendance to be eligible. All work from home arrangements are subject to meeting company IT standards and client approval.Requirements:Be a problem solver - be able to think for yourself and make correct decisions using the data available to you.Not be afraid to ask questions when you don't know the answer: a strong desire for accuracy is a must.Advanced Spanish and English written and verbal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must possess excellent attention to detail and organization skills.Must be proficient in use of computers, the internet, and Microsoft based applications.Benefits:Great salaryRetention and referral bonusesOnly work Monday-Friday, your weekends are your own!Palig Health and Life Insurance after 3 months.
