Follow the standard process and SLA/OLA to handle the HR policy and process consultation of Huawei employees in a timely manner, identify and summarize the regular issues of employees, and drive the simplification of policies and processes. Accurately understand and identify employee issues, provide solutions based on the SLA/OLA, and relevant corporate policies and processes, and resolve employee issues. Summarize employee inquiries, identify areas to be improved, and drive the simplification of policies and processes.Requisitos1. Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish, Mandarin will be a plus.
2. English would be used as the daily working language.
3. Have good communication and understanding skills, be able to locate and answer questions of employees in a timely manner.
4. Be patient and responsible at work and have good emotional control ability.
5. Be proficient in computer and office software, and have a fast typing speed.
