At Instant Fresh Air, we commercialize innovative odor-control solutions under the brands Instant Fresh Air, Instant Fresh Fabric, and Instant Fresh Shoes across international markets.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This position combines digital campaign management with B2B client engagement to drive growth across channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and people-oriented, capable of managing online advertising campaigns while also representing the company in front of international buyers.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate creative development for ad campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Amazon and other marketplaces.
Coordinate with UGC creators (via Fiverr, Upwork and similar platforms) for content production.
Recommend campaign strategies and ad formats for each platform.
Coordinate organic content across social media Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Engage with B2B clients, manage inquiries, and work toward closing sales.
Maintain strong relationships with wholesale buyers and partners.
Represent the company at trade shows in the U.S. and internationally.
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure long-term loyalty.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration (BBA/Management), International Business, or other related area of study.
Prior experience in digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Amazon Ads) preferred.
Fluent spoken and written English (essential for client meetings, phone calls, and trade shows).
Executive presence and strong interpersonal skills to interact confidently with retail buyers.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to travel internationally.
