- Analyze sourcing markets and build industry knowledge.

- Design and implement projects that build sales via: Superior Availability at Store, at reduced Supply Chain Costs and Cash for Customer + P&G.
- Responsible for order management synchronization projects that will enable simplification and automation on our supply chain.
- Manage central order management process.
- Lead Customer Service. Excellent Service as Measured by Customer and make P&G the undisputed #1 Preferred Supplier.
- Lead logistics solutions & product initiatives implementation though an end to end, agile and efficient supply chain.

- Live in Panama City or open to relocate to Panama.
- Recently graduated from any Bachelor´s Degree or maximum 1 year confirmed experience in the areas, is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a customer service orientation / attitude
- Travel Availability: Sometimes, it is needed to work directly with the customer at their office or Distribution Center
- Team orientation, “can-do “attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.

- Intermediate English (written and spoken).
