- Follow up and resolve technical issues with customer vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize regular after-sales technical training to improve dealers' technical service capabilities.
- Develop and optimize technical service processes to enhance service efficiency.
- Collect and analyze vehicle fault data, report quality issues to headquarters, and propose improvement measures.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company and supervisors.
- 3+ years of automotive after-sales technical support experience preferred.
- Familiarity with comprehensive diagnostic tools and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in diagnostic systems and ability to guide debugging (technical communication) preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently preferred.
- Flexibility to accommodate time zones for HQ communication (
