Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver on the Global Security & Business Continuity core principles of Predict, Prevent, Respond, Recover across (MCL/TbM/MGFE/MbM). Implement overall Business Continuity and Crisis Management strategy in region including Policy and Standards.Support and implement Resilience training programs and create Regional improvement plans.Implement, and maintain business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience across the region.Ensure the organization's ability to deliver critical logistics operations during and after disruptions.Implement and Coordinate Crisis at Lv2 as primary or secondary lead as per direct manager.Lead the Predict and Forecasting efforts in the regionFacilitate the development and execution of regional business continuity plans (BCPs) aligned with the global resilience framework.Conduct business impact analysis (BIAs) to assess critical operations and dependencies.Collaborate with business units to implement resilience strategies and continuity solutions.Conduct risk assessments to identify potential operational vulnerabilities in region.Coordinate and facilitate continuity and crisis management training, exercises and simulations in alignment with CEN.Ensure compliance with regional regulatory and industry standards.Act as the regional point of contact for continuity planning.Act as primary or secondary Coordinator of Crisis Management Teams at Lv2Deliver timely reporting to regional Leadership, direct manager and CEN Security & BRServe as a liaison between corporate resilience teams and regional business units.Develop and maintain risk registers for regional operations in collaboration with the business.We are looking for4 years of experience in Business Crisis Management, including experience in leading business continuity and emergency response efforts.BCM certification (CBCI, etc.) (Plus)Advanced English level.Experience in leading crisis management effort and CMTs.Strategic Planning and Risk ManagementEffective Communication and LeadershipKnowledge of Logistics OperationsExpertise in Compliance and Regulatory StandardsProblem-Solving under PressureEfficient communicator at all levelsRobust profile to manage the CMTs, their senior members and the intensity, complexity and flexibility required.#LI-JL1
