As a Junior Recruiter, youll play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and assisting with the hiring process. Additionally, youll have the opportunity to coordinate recruitment events, maintain candidate databases, and support HR administrative tasks.What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. Oral and written
1 year of work experience in recruitment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
