- Apply Henley & Partners' due diligence process to establish and continually monitor business relationships, utilizing both in-house systems and external resources for detecting money laundering, bribery, and other business risks.
- Communicate due diligence results to senior management, providing well-reasoned recommendations for business relationship decisions.
- Collaborate with staff, across Henley & Partners entities and departments, to gather necessary information for due diligence.
- Document and process Internal Suspicious Activity Reports, forwarding them to the Head of Group Legal and Compliance.
- Maintain essential registers and provide regular reports to the board, senior management, and Head of Group Legal and Compliance to keep them informed about compliance efforts.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date compliance-related data in Henley & Partners' Customer Relationship Management System.
- Escalate significant compliance concerns or contentious matters to the Head of Group Legal and Compliance.
- Participate in internal and external audit reviews.
- Address compliance issues, respond to inquiries related to compliance and audits, and promote a robust compliance culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- +1 year of experience in similar roles.
- Good understanding of concept of compliance and risk assessment.
- Keen attention to detail.
- High ethical standards and integrity in decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, full English proficiency is required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
