Create trouble tickets through telephone hotlines or emails, answer customer inquiries, handle and follow up customer complaints, and provide customer care.
GTAC solar Inverter products（STS，Inverter） remote technical support , Provide service solution and technical support;
Local team cooperation, management, Drive local teams, R&D teams, etc., to close customer issues
Call back and care for existing or former customers by phone and email.

Requisitos

Fluent in English/Spanish and articulate,Portuguese-speaking preferrez
Have a background in power electronics and knowledge of electricity and power communication
Be able to adapt to shift work.
Patience, politeness, initiative and good communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, good psychological quality and able to withstand pressure;
Has PV solar experience will be better. Has transformer experience will be better.
Customer service experience will be preferred.
Familiar with excel , word processing and basic
