Carrying out a vital mission: support our employees, so they can best support our customers.The CSP Intern works closely with the Customer Success Partner to support the sales team in administrative tasks, with a primary focus on customer engagement and retention. The role ensures that customers achieve their business objectives through proactive support and collaboration.Key responsibilities include taking ownership of assigned tasks while maintaining strong teamwork with the sales team to drive overall customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Customer Success Partner in weekly and monthly activitiesDeliver accurate, timely, aligned information and insights to the businessAssist Sales Team with Administrative TasksHelp automate and bring in efficiency in the way of working.Customer Engagement and Retention.We are looking for:Degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering (Bachelor in progress).Excellent communication skillsFluency in English and Spanish.Commercial knowledgeStructured work approach and a focus on delivering resultsEager, creative, and positive – going the extra mile.#LI-JL1
