- Manage client relationships by advising on investment programs, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Handle documentation, meetings, and communications with high-net-worth clients.
- Maintain organized records and oversee administrative tasks.
- Coordinate projects and support executives and teams in daily operations.
- Utilize ASANA, TaskRay, and Salesforce to manage workflows efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Fluency in English.
- Higher education (or ongoing studies) in law, finance, business, or a related field, or previous work experience in these areas.
- Experience in office management, client management, or legal assistance is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance responsibilities in the investment immigration industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including client management software and databases.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Work hours: 40 hours per week.
- Workplace: Primarily work from home, with potential travel.
