Responsibilities:The Business Operations Analyst, analyzes and defines business needs and assists in developing appropriate solutions; Activities include evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into solution specifications, and documentation and dissemination of best practices; Formulates and defines scope and objectives based on end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs and processes; Understands the business implications of business operations and defines solutions to support any future business requirements; analyst work activities to be directed by the team leader include both discrete projects and routines.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business users to define and analyze problems.
  • Maintains critical systems and provides user support.
  • Designs and implements new functional systems.
  • Considers the implication of business solutions on the current and future environment.
  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering resources, time and form of desired results.
  • Utilizes end to end knowledge management tools and technologies to process audits, identify business opportunities, and implement solutions that strengthen business processes.
  • Works with customers to define business requirements while designing, developing and testing moderately complex knowledge captures processes and engineer elaborate workflows.
  • Apply knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques to define and resolve problems.
  • Determines a course of action based on guidelines.
  • Works on problems of limited scope.
  • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements include:
  • 2+ years of related experience in a professional role.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Bilingual: English / Spanish.
